Secia Porreco
PT, DPT
Secia (“Say-Sha”) was born and raised in Arvada, CO but has always had “family roots” in Cheyenne, WY, visiting family very often throughout her life. She graduated from the University of Wyoming in 2016 with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology and Health Promotion. She then attended Briar Cliff University in Sioux City, IA and graduated in 2022 with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. After graduating, Secia made the decision to move to Cheyenne to make those “roots” into a permanent home while working in outpatient therapy.
Secia enjoys working with all types of patients with varying diagnoses with her main purpose being to provide quality care while encouraging confidence and independence throughout the rehabilitation journey. Secia is a lively and compassionate physical therapist dedicated to helping patients move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives. Secia enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients and creating individualized treatment plans that support recovery, improve mobility, and enhance overall well-being.
Outside of the clinic, Secia enjoys playing volleyball or pickleball, any outdoor activities, attending sporting events and concerts, traveling, or being at home and enjoying time with her boyfriend and rambunctious German Shepherd, Cash.
